my xantia immobiliser can i bypass it?

hi i just bought this 1997 citreon xantia drove it home and noticed the 4 digit code in the book for the keypad immobiliser which was unplugged,,so it was plugged in and i tried it and it is the wrong code ,,,i cannot start the car atall ,,,is there a way to disable this,,im so pised about this i have a car that is perfect for what i need but now no dosh to fix it can anyone help atall with this ,,,i know it can be bypassed but i dont know how heeeeeeelp please
car is a citreon xantia 1.9td sx 1997

www.code-busters.co.uk can get the code from the keypad and get you going again, problem sorted....

sean you will need an auto electrician. if the plug is disconected when the car is running it,s to bypass the keypad if you do this if the car is not running it wont start again you will need a new feed to fuel cut of solanoid hence auto electrician.james you should be able to put your own code in if you have origional code instructions in owners hand book hope this helps

Sean - same thing has just happened to me!! I bought a 1998 Xantia TD estate from a salvage yard - the book showed the original code but it must have been changed by one of the owners. What did you do to resolve your situation? This vehicle was delivered to me on a flatbed truck so I haven't heard it running.
