I have an old Tricity Fanfare electric cooker - it still works well but cracks have appeared in the ceramic plate over one of the elements - Is this repairable - or can the plate be repaced economicably

repairing isn't an option but replacing it is, although ring up and find out how much one is and a new cooker is the same price!!!.accidental household insurances sometimes cover these (when you have had an accident)!!! and dropped something on them like sometimes happens.
