Husqvarna 141 Chain Oiler?

The chain oiler does not appear to be working. After running a full tank of gas, no oil was needed. When the blade is held near some backstop, no oil flies off the chain

Try cleaning out the internal groove of the bar with a Steel Ruler. The fine dust get compacted down in there.
