How can I fix my Zanussi zsf4123 dishwasher which is not heating up the water and therefore not cleaning the dishes properly?

take the main pcb off and check tracks for burns/fused tracks.this pcb is behind the control panel where you press the program buttons.if pcb looks ok check heater by removing right side panel.
