i put in a new carb and dont know whats wrong now cause it wont get the gas right now

Replace your fuel hose if it had any cracks, and replace your pickup filter if it has a lot of debris on it.

If this does not do the trick, take your saw to a Stihl servicing dealer, there may be a bigger issue.
