Any programe only works for about ten min then the pre wash and wash buttons flash the thing stops working and is left filled with water, what do i need to do to it, (kicking doesn't seem to be working.

Hi, just had the same problem with ours, “wash & drying” lights flashing. After reading these & other web pages, I feared the worse, spending a small fortune!.
This is what I done.
Unplugged from the mains, this apparently resets the settings (so I was told by an engineer), as the “reset” button was having no effect.
Removed & thoroughly cleaned the filter, even though it appeared to be fairly clean.
Purchased a “quality” dishwasher cleaner, one of those you place upside down in the cutlery basket.
Plugged it in again, presto, no lights flashing.
Set the “wash cycle” to the hottest setting, “A”. made sure the cleaner was in place, then pushed the start button.
We now have a fully functioning dishwasher again. Hope this helps, as it did for us.

Hi Duncan, we have the same dishwasher and it had the same fault 2 days after new delivery, and twice since. I will chat with my wife and see if we can remember what we did to resolve it. I seem to to remember it was somthing relatively simple, currently i am using the trusted marigolds! Incindentl ours has already ceased to work after just 18 months with a circuit board in the base burning out.Personally i build computers so i may be able to sort out the parst for this thing wich is actaully manufactured by Bosch on a standard chassis for Candy,hotpiont electrolux etc. Email us at compdoctor2005@btinternet.com Chris & Elaine
