how do i reset email server connection?

i use windows xp with tesco.net. i can not send or receive emails all i get is host pop3 could not be found. what settings do i need for incoming and outgoing servers. please help its driving me mad

Hi, I have my desk top pc connected to my wireless network with a good signal but I can not get any page to load, it says I am connected but I can not get a page to show on the screen, I have tried msn and google, . can you help me please , regards Gary
