warning is untrue and very annoying!?

Windows is sending a message 4-5 times or more daily,
that i have various spyware in my registry. this warning takes up my whole monitor so i have to go through a series of questions to delete the warning before i can continue.
Also, i do have spyware protection, and i am not interested. i dont think this falls under the criteria for a pop up.
it dosent seem to be a typical pop up. it says it is a warning
from windows, and shows the windows installation wizard when asking if i would like to download various anti spyware software
i want to find out how i can delete this warning/offer. it is very frustrating, and annoying! this warning is random and seems to pick the worst times to "pop up". so how do i delete this, and prevent it from re-ocurring? i do not recieve any other pop up advertisments. i have a great antispyware in my security suite
already, and it finds nothing such.can anyone help? warning
shows a different infection every other time,
which tells me it is not true? can anyone help? chris

Odds are it wants you to download spyware. This is likely sitting in your cookies - clean these out. When you next get the pop up write down what it says and Google it or post it here.
