hot water shower problem?

Hi, I have a problem with my Neptune shower. It sounds as if the pump(?) is not running and I am only getting cold water at a much lower pressure than normal and no hot water at all. There is also a drop in the normal house water pressure - could these be connected? Ta

Tracy, some showers will not heat the water if the is insufficient water pressure, so yes they problem may be linked.
