pp on display--Samsung ER-4915?

On the display it is showing PP and the til will not open and you can not enter anything on it

Hi. It is a printer issue. Make sure you have plenty of paper in it, and there is nothing jammed in the printer. then do this

Turn key to P mode.
Turn off at wall.
Hold SUBTOTAL down while turning on at wall.
Turn key back to REG
