How can I fix my Vokera Linea boiler? The pressure keeps dropping?

The pressure keeps dropping on my Vokera Linea boiler. (It is either a Linea 24,28 or Linea Plus.) Have had three corgi plumbers to look at this and they pull the filling loop and say it is fixed but it isn't!!! When the shower is running the water goes from hot to cold and I have to get out to reset the pressure and then cross my fingers. Could it be the heat exchanger? Any help very gratefully received.

Get a leak sealer from your plumbers merchants and inject it into your system turn heating on , should do the trick unless its a big one. Good luck

I am a corgi reg engineer, and have been to a linea 28 today, with exactly the same symptons as yours .
After approx. 1 hour I found the fault, a small pin hole in the heat exchanger, on the right hand side of the combustion space. If your boiler is non condensing, the boiler is now obsolete as it is not worth repairing as the parts and the repair will cost you about £4 - 500, due to the full rebuild required. It can be done cheaper but I doubt that you will get any sort of guarantee.

Thank you so much for your help, couldn't find any leaks so called Vokera who recommended a plumber.

A drop in pressure means that there is a leak somewhere - its as simple as that. The leak could be anywhere on the radiator system - at the valves, at pipe joints etc. However if there are absolutely no visible leaks, then there is a chance that the heat exchanger, deep inside the boiler, is leaking as you say.
