Just called Natuzzi in High Point NC. Talked to Mary and she is sending me two cables gratis.
I think this is good service on a six year old cable that failed.

I'm curious who your great dealer is... I called mine who simply said no longer under warranty. I called Natuzzi who wants $15 money order. I saw a similar part (but who knows if its right one) on eBay for about $26.

I JUST CALLED NATUZZI AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE A BROKEN HANDLE AND CABLE. GIVE THEM THE INFO AND THEY WILL SEND A REPLACEMENT PART AT A MINOR COST. CALL 1-800 262-9063

I hope ithis answer is not too late, but mine broke and I called the retailer. They took down the model information and had new pulls sent (for free) even though it was out of warranty. I called Natuzzi as well and they were going to send me the parts for $10, but I had to send them a cashiers check first. I waited the few extra days and got them from the retailer in order to avoid the extra cost and hassle.
