really sluggish performance!!!!?

my aprilia rs 125cc sets off really slow and wont rev up to 6000rpm smoothly,ive got to pull clutch in and rev it up to 10000rpm and drag clutch to set off!! could anybody please HELP!!!!!

sounds like the exhaust pipe is blocked with burnt 2 stroke oil try some caustic soda in it
