rite cut pop bottle up a 2 ltr place 2inch peace of it between the coil and fly wheell then move the coil 2 the plastik then do up trust me it will be right i work on them all day long

Hi john and thanks for your response. Can you tell me in number terms? ex: .025inchs....that's an answer that I found elsewhere but hubby thought that might be to much.
Neither smoke so would not have a piece of cardboard like that.
Any ideas?

The thickness of a thin piece of card - such as that found on cigarette packets will sort this one - obviously the flywheel mustn't touch the coil at all.
