If the fuse was actually blown then this does indeed indicate a fault with the oven itself - fuses don't blow for nothing. If the same thing happens again then you need to delve deeper. Often ovens need the time of day set on the digital clock before they'll come out to play though...unless the thing is completely dead, of course.
