Renault Kangoo Fuel line taking in air?

My 1.9 Renault Kangoo 51, has been constantly getting air into the fuel pipes. My usual mechanic has spent hours trying to find the fault with no success, he changed all the fuel pipes. It causes the van to cut out after about 20 minutes of driving, with no hope of starting unless left for about 1 hour. Can anyone help?

i had a simmilar problem a while ago if you look where your fuel lines join into the fuel pump you should be able to put copper washes either side of where it joines on and ensure they are tightened properly this should sort it also i would recommend a fuel filter change not very expensive either
