Shows Error C31.23 and shows REINSERT VIDEP CASSETTE
Is anyone there to mend this ? Many have these problems . Come on guys come with the answer.

I am able to sort this probelm out by buying a Head cleaner and run for 4-5 times and inserting a brand new cassette tape.
It works ok now. Sony repair centre quoted me £ 176.with no guarantee. It costed me £8.00
Never ever to buy any product if the Brand Bosses are not prepared to help.
