Hi there, the drum is jammed i cannot turn by hand ive checked bearings and motor and belt all ok,so somthing must be jamming it between the outer skin and the drum.
doe anyone know how i access the drum on this machine?

Sounds like something between the two drums. Acess through the sump, or more likely, something is stuck down the front of the drum. If so, your screwed! There is a way to get things out from there, but I'm not typing it in here. If something is there, email me, or go to my forum.
