lights come on, when the start button is depressed the light above it flashes as if the machine has been put into pause. the door locks but the light still flashes. when the program is cancelled and the machine is turned off the door opens. Is this a problem with the door switch or program. The machine is only 2.5 yrs.

I've seen that once before, and it turned out to be a module problem (very expensive).
