HOW DO I FIX ELECTRIC BEKO DOUBLE OVEN MODEL DVC61?

I HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD BEKO ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN,MODEL DVC61
BOTTOM OVEN IS NOT WORKING,FAN COMES ON OK AND LIGHT BUT NOT HEATEING UP.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ???

You will probabaly have to replace the oven element, I have done mine 3 times in 4 years, and its just gone again.
