I have no fire to the plugs. I think that the coil no good or the point gone bad?

If your Briggs engine is an early one, it could well have contact breaker points behind the flywheel, which has to come off to gain access. If it has points, set the gap to 15 thou, and make sure both contact surfaces are clean and bright.
