Peugeot 106 XN wont start?

I have an M reg peugeot 106 XN. The car will turn over but not start. I suspect it could be damp. What can I do to fix it?

Thanks.

Hi Robin
You could try removing the spark plugs and giving them a clean and check the gaps while you've got them out.
Then remove the casing for the air filter and squirt some 'quick engine start' into the filter, replace the casing and providing you have sufficient fuel and have entered the correct immobiliser code it should start! Hope this helps.

Problem fixed. It was flooded spark plugs.
