no matter which button I press to try and clear it it still beeps and says E1 wont even let me hit NS to open the drawer.. I have to continue to hit C to stop it from beeping I cannot do a sale normally I type in price then hit 1/9 I cannot even hit 1/9 its E1 so I have to keep hitting C button cant do any sales, o ly way to open drawer it amt tend total
its a ROYAL 5100DX electronic cash register, weve had nothing like this happen b4 had it for 6 months checked the paper and all that no problems there just cant do any sales or anything else actually without E1
