The fan is loose by about a quarter of an inch. There seems to be no nut or method to hold the motor still whilst tightening the nut inside the oven.

the fan motor shaft should be 'D' shaped.put the fan blade on alighning the 'D's on the fan blade and motor shaft.now tighten the nut by holding the fan blade and tightening the 10mm nut ANTICLOCKWISE.this is assuming the 'D' in the fan blade hasn't rounded out because of it looseness!!!
