What main jet is needed once installed a free flow air on a gilera dna 50?

I have installed a new air filter and have tried a 60 and 70 jet but the bike still makes a grunting noice once at full throttle. I have also tried adjusting the throttle pin but didnt make much diffence does any know the exact jet size or anything esle that could be tried?

i would fit a 90 main jet if its a 70cc kit fitted to it.

No the bikes goes no where once at full throttle becuase there is to much air gettin in.

The throttle needle (pin) only actually works between half and threequarters throttle - on full throttle its position is irrelevant. Try the original main jet back in again - if the bike is slightly slower than it was before, increase its size by 10%, as a general rule.
