YOUR NEED TO HAVE YOUR CARB SERVICED, UNLESS YOU WANT TO SERVICE IT YOUR SELF,WHICH REALLY NEEDS TO BE SERVICED BY A PROFESSINAL.IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR FLOAT COULD BE STICKING OR YOUR NEEDLE VAL IS STOPPED UP
