How can I fix a Singer 774/ 734 Stylist?

I'm trying to repair a Singer 774/ 734 Stylist. I need to replace the belt and some gears. Where can I find repair instructions or a repair manual for this model in any format.

By chance, do you know how to take out and replace the hook?
