how can i fix my SYM Symply 50cc?

everytime i rev it the exhaust backfires and i loose speed and then it cuts out
can anyone help me sort it out???

Backfiring is usally a problem with the timing, eg; fuel igniting when the valves are not fully open/closed, get it retimed
