My Astra Estate M reg has the handbrake locked onto the back left tyre. I cant move the car what should I do ??

there is a 10mm bolt at the back of the handbrake tighten it till you get the correct tightness of the handbrake (3 clicks should do) if the bolt is tight as it goes and the handbrake is still loose... adjust the shoes
