Hotpoint CTD40 heater relay?

I have a fault code on my CTD40 for the heating relay. The drum turns but there is no heat. Would this fault code come up if the thermostats had blown (I'm able to fix that myself)? If not, how do I fix the heater relay?

Take rear cover off and release the heater from it 2 very small screws hold it in place and fit 2 new stats they come as a kit
