my bt synergy phones and base unit are not ringing i can make out going calls and answere calls when i plug in another phone to here the ringing but they are not ringing at all
Sorry - I can't help but just to let you know I have exactly the same problem with my (fairly new) BT synergy 4500. This is obviously a recurring problem. I hope you get a fix - if so could you publish it here?
