Converting Renault Espace clutch operation from cable to hydraulic?

I have an '89 Espace Quadra, with cable clutch actuation. It is a poor design, and causes frequest adjustment of the cable. Am I correct in believing that later models of the Espace use a hydraulic clutch actuation? And (here is the big question) does anyone know if its possible to convert from cable to hydraulic?

thanks,

hi there, well you may be adjusting your cable occasionally, but please believe me you dont need the hassle that the hydraulic system causes, they do not have a bleed nipple on them, they frequently fail, and to top up the master cylinder or work on it, you have to take out the dashboard.. now you were saying about adjusting the cable.... i am desperately looking for a cable kit, to fit to my 1999 espace 2.2 diesel.. if you know of anyone please let me know...
