if you have changed the batteries in the plip key and you know
that they are working ok , you need to take the key apart again and remove the circuit board, then you need to check that the button is soldered correctly onto thecircuit board,if the button is ok ,put the key back together and press the plip and make sure every time you press the plip the red led lights up with every press ,and if the fault is still present ,sit inside the car and press the central locking button thats on the dash and check that the all the doors and boot are working ,if the central locking is working ok off the button on the dash its possable you have a intermitant fault with the plip key or a uch problem ,somtimes if you disconnect the uch which is located behind the glovebox and up behind the dash you will see the connectors going to a black box make sure the ignition is of,and disconnect them for 5 mins then reconnect them and see if that works aby better if not ,then its possable plip key fault or uch hope this helps cheers mark
