Oil mixing with the fuel - have you put two stroke mixture in by mistake? Black smoke means that the mixture is too rich - maybe because the choke is stuck on...blue smoke is oil burning, maybe due to the sump being overfilled - unless your engine has just suffered catastrophic damage, of course.
