when the car is up to temperture the fans should kick in but they do not why is this? Please Help me i would want them to work because i leave the car tiking over a lot of the time and i have to keep turning it off. the cars not on the road and i start it once in a while

Replace the fan switch - right hand side of the radiator about 1/2 way down. 2 wires going to it.
