how do i increase diesel pressure on an 02 scudoEL ?
my fiat scudo EL, 02 plate, wont start, but will turn over. a mechanic suggested an increase in fuel pressure. can anyone suggest how i do that? currently to start it i need to squirt easy start in the intake
