Bosch Exxcel 1100 Express washing machine has a drawer containing 3 compartments. The middle one is for fabric conditioner. The machine should flush the fabric conditioner through into the wash with water when rinsing, but my machine has stopped doing this. It correctly flushes through the soap powder in the left compartment though. I have tried unblocking the holes above the middle compartment to allow the water through but this hasn't made any difference. Can anyone offer any help?

I had a similar problem with an Exxcel 1400 Express. It required removal of the chemical tray. Once you have this out of the machine it can be easily stripped down for a proper de-gunging.

i had the same problem with zanussi washer, but it was the power drawer that was blocked, as i thought, but when i took the top off the washer, i followed the water were it comes out of the back of the drawer, into a big black rubber pipe with ribbs on it , it has a clip on each end of it ,one end goes to the drawer , and the other down to the drum , i opened the clips and took it off , and it was full of power that had gone hard , and was blocking it up, i washed it out , put it back and it was fine,, hope this might help , ps unplug it if your doing it as you know, good luck..
