What does it mean???
I have a new remote and need to link it to the security system.

Hi Julia,

Have you programmed your remote to the alarm using your keypad/pin number. If not your remote wont work your alarm. Call Tech Tronics in Manchester 0161 872 6275 for info on how to do this if you havent go a keypad.
