how can i release my sticking clutch on my tr7 v8?

as the car has been layed up in my garage for 5 months as it does every year but this is a 1st

If the clutch has jammed on - pedal down, 4th gear, crank the starter briefly and it should jar free...it may take a few attempts! This is caused by the friction plate sticking to the flywheel - quite common since clutch plates have become asbestos free. The metallic particles used instead actually rust to the flywheel.
