What are the torque settings for cylinder head bolts on renault clio 1.2 1999 and does it need new bolts?

Hi, yes you must use new bolts,
1) first tighten to 30Nm then
2) +80 +/-4deg then
3) wait 3 minutes then
4)slacken off bolts 1&2 then re-torque to 25Nm then +213 +/-7deg
5) repeat step (4) for bolts 3&4, 5&6, 7&8, 9&10
the sequence is
8, 4, 1, 5, 9
7, 3, 2, 6, 10,
