i turned switch( the front of washing machine " not at the plug on wall. to off position then on again and then quickly pressed delay timer so it went through the 3hr-6hr-9hr- then to STOP".then i turned off switch when the delay timer lights was on stop.I then turned back on again pressed the time saver switch.and selected Acrylics at 40 HEAT.All this with no clothes in the machine.Its still going and its been 15 minutes so far.Before the machine went off after 10 seconds and the delay light flashed with the start light. fingers crossed this resets the programms for all.By the way i did switch off on the front of machine for about 15 minutes before i did all of the above. if you have a problem my email is silken1 at msn dot com
