My AEG Lavamat 6050 drum has stopped revolving, it pumps out and fills OK, and still revolves by hand, does'nt feel any different to turn but wont wash or spin.
I'm straggling with the same problem and I find out that the belt that’s rotate the drum was worn off and thorn. I bought new belt and now I'm struggling to put it on.
So, check the belt.

Check the motor brushes. If they are short replace them as the control module won't allow to motor to operate under these conditions
