How do I change details on a samsung 5100 cash register?

I need to change the vat number and the company name on the till receipt and cannot make head or tail of the manual

Hi.
It is 'descriptor programming' page 22

Turn key to P mode.
Each line of the receipt has it's own code from 40001 to 40006, so decide which line you wish to change. if you wanted to change line 1, you would type:

40001 PAIDOUT (now type new message using the alphabet sheet) CASH

For the other lines, just substitute the line number at the beginning.
