I have just drained down the whole hot water tank when capping off a hot water pipe. I shut off the mains supply to the cold water but when turned back on the tank has not refilled. Using a gloworn Ultimate heating system and wondered does the whole system need bleeding

is ball valve in tank stuck up keeping water supply shut off if so give it a small tap downwards to free
