Hi Liz the engineer code for veritas 8 is 1234 programme button all lights will illuminate you are then able to re-programme if you do not have the engineers booklet
you will need to obtain a programming manual the company veritas is based in the uk they also have a technical assistance line that will talk you through the re-programming step by step.
