hi have reset the service indicator as mentioned above , but it keeps re appearing, any ideas?

hi,put your finger on the mileage reset button on the dashboard,keep your finger down.turn the key in the ignition(not all the way)a number 10 will appear on the dashboard and will start to go down i.e 10 down to 1 and the spanner will disapear.your service light will have now gone.
