i have a peogeot 206 petrol XR51.1 hatchback 1124cc year 2003. can you tell me where and how to change my oil filter cartridge type. where is it positioned in the engine? thanks

Hi my Pug 206 sxi on a y plate has developed problems, firstly the speedo doesn't work, the hand break & Abs lights stay on and when i turn the car off the dials start to twit & make a ticking sound, so now i have to disconnect the battery overnight, also the rev counter is all over the place, iv checked the fuses and abs sensors yet nothing, any idears to what has happened, can it be a fault in the cluster its self ?
