96 ford taurus electrical problem?

In park every thing is working fine. When i put my car in drive or reverse I lose the sound to my radio, my power sterring is gone, and my power windows do not work.

I ALLSO HAVE A 96 TAURUS AND A 97 SABLE. BOTH OF THEM HAVE SAME PROPLEM. IT IS VERY ITERMITENT I SUSPECT A WIER HARNES CONECTOR ON TOP OF TRANS. WISH I CULD BE OF MORE HELP SORY.
