My usually reliable scenic has sudden developed a starting problem but is very intermediate, it could start in morning by key but after long rest (overnight) i sometimes have problems. The starter is turning the engine sufficiently to start but just doesn't fire which usually results in me having to bump it which it then fires??? No engine management light on. Please help.

replace the crankshaft position sensor, and also ask for the wiring loom mod, this is the plug that fits the CPS it has to be cut into the loom, both parts are modified due to reliability issues
