This is an undocumented feature!
Press and hold the minus button.
Each time you press it, it cycles between 3 volumes.

set it to go off and when it does start pressing the minus button i can assure you it works you will hear the volume increasing as you press. ours did the same and we got someone out to fix it and thats all it took.

Mine does the same. Turn off the power and turn it back on again. Seems to work for me.
